When do I drop my bike off?
Drop your bike off first thing in the morning of your appointment (we open at 10am on weekdays), or feel free to drop it in a few days earlier if that works better.

When will my bike be ready for pick-up?
Most bikes will be ready on the same day. But if your bikes needs replacement parts that we don’t have in stock, it may take a few extra days before your bike is ready to go.

What does the service price include?
The service price includes labour, however replacement parts are extra. We’ll do an initial assessment of your bike when you bring it in. If your bike requires any replacement parts or any additional work not included in the service selected, we’ll give you a quote. If anything unexpected and significant comes up during the service, we’ll give you a call to confirm before proceeding. If you’d like to get an estimate before booking, bring your bike into the shop and we’ll be happy to help.

How often should I service my bike?
We recommend a service once every six months for a regularly used bike, or sooner if you’re noticing any issues. Remember, a stitch in time saves nine.

I can’t find a service option for what I need
If you need a repair or service that isn’t listed, give us a call or email and we’ll sort something out.

Do I need to book for tyre and tube fittings?
There’s no need to book for tyre and tube fittings—we can get it done while you wait.
