RARE COMPLAINT. My shop is 100 sqm there are approx 30 similar sized factories in this small allotment of land. @hobsonsbaycc is charging me $4700 a year for rates. That’s a total of $141.000 a year just from this small group of factories. We maintain our own grounds paying extra for body corp. We have flooding on Hudson’s rd that has been complained about for 6 years…. Meanwhile council are looking for ways to reinvigorate the zombie land of closed shops! Free parking! The great thing about this #orbeam20i is that the rear wheel can be removed like a normal wheel without removing any cables. CANYON ROAD BIKE SAFETY WARNING
We had a new canyon road bike that locked the steering up on a decent due to a tiny screw backing out. Luckily the customer was able to force the bars and stop but the top of the fork was damaged. If your bike has the screw under the head tube just on top of the forks, check it’s tight and not loose as it can back out and lock your steering. This is not a Canyon response to this but a warning from bikes we have seen in store. #canyonsafety #canyonbikes #canyonbikesrecall
