While we offer a range of popular services, we can also do specific work on your ride from problem solving to tuning.
We also have several courtesy bikes available upon request.

Our most popular comprehensive service that will keep your bike humming.
Includes:
- Full service assessment
- Wheel to wheel clean
- Drive train de-grease and lube
- Wheels removed and hubs checked
- Minor wheel true
- Gears adjusted and tuned
- Derailleur hanger alignment
- Brakes centered and adjusted
- Disc brakes de-glazed and rotors sanded
- Cables inspected
- Labour to replace basic parts (e.g. chain, cassette, brake pads)
- Safety check
- Test ride
Additional:
- The cost of any replacement parts that we fit as part of the service (e.g. chain, brake pads)
- Any extra work that your bike requires that isn’t listed above – we will let you know in advance once we have assessed your bike. This might include things like servicing wheel hubs, headsets, or bottom brackets.
Have your ebike serviced and your electric systems diagnosed and checked with this comprehensive service.

- Connecting the E-Bike system to our Dealer Diagnostic Tools (Bosch and Shimano systems) to check system health, review error codes, and update system firmware
- Wheel to wheel clean
- Drive train de-grease and lube
- Wheels removed and hubs checked
- Minor wheel true
- Gears adjusted and tuned
- Derailleur hanger alignment
- Brakes centered and adjusted
- Disc brakes de-glazed and rotors sanded
- Cables inspected

Everything we do in our Standard Service plus bottom bracket removal/ installation, headset removal/ installation and the labour to fit most parts. If your bike has not had love for a while or you need to have a creak diagnosed then this may be the way to go.
We offer a cheaper service price for Single Speed bikes that don’t require gear adjustment. Choose this option if your bike doesn’t have any gears.

Tune Up & Safety Check
A quick tune-up to make sure your bike is safe to ride with functional brakes and shifting gears

A great stop gap in between service intervals or if you just want to get your brakes and gears sorted. No parts are fitted but we can keep your ride humming. Also popular as a race tune pre-race.
