Took bike in while on holiday. The owner, I think, was rude and condescending.

Couldn't ask for more. Firstly they are helpful in general. Secondly they were able to split my service so I could get my bike back on the road, and then come back for the less urgent work later. And then finally - $40 to have an internal gear hub serviced is much better than I expected. Thanks team.
